The Hoodia Gordonii Cactus is a South African desert Cactus and it has surprisingly been proven to help with weight loss. Sold in capsules, liquid and even in tea form, the Hoodia has been known to suppress the appetite. There are over 20 different types of Hoodia Cactus, but it is thought that only the Gordonii variety helps to decrease the appetite.
