The Law of Attraction Explained: How to Manifest Your Desires – Without Pain

If you are struggling right now, even just a little, it probably means that you are finding it hard to let go of something in your life right now. You are resisting the very change that you want to create. This is the cause of your struggle – your resistance – and it can be hard to find it and fix it, because it does not always relate directly to your desires… which is why you struggle and feel pain.

The obvious solution is that you must let go of whatever is holding you back.

But letting go is not the answer!

The answer is to keep your attention on the things you want, and not to worry about those things that you do not want. If you choose to let go of something in your life, then let go and move on.

Remember, the second that you take your eyes off of your desires, you start moving away from them, and towards something else. This is especially true when you are attached to something.

Losing Weight – An Example

If you are trying to lose weight, for example, you have much more power when you focus on what you want rather than on what you have to give up.

If you want to slim down and have a healthier body, but your craving for those wonderfully quick and delicious fast food meals is causing you problems, you might be tempted to simply say, “All I have to do is give up eating out so often.”

But it is never that easy is it? You vow to give up something, and suddenly that’s all you can think about. You drive yourself crazy. It doesn’t work.

What works, and what I urge all my clients to do, is to look closely at the change you are trying to create, and then keep your attention on the actions you can take that move you forward, toward your desired outcome.

In this example, you can make the changes you want faster and easier, by adding better choices to your life rather than focusing on ‘giving up’ something. Focus on the good things you want to eat and don’t worry about all the rest.

Where is your focus?

Remember, you can only focus your attention in one direction at any time, so the more attention you pay to the positive changes you are making, the less you will be able to worry about quitting or giving up things.

This means you will wind up creating less pain for yourself! Plus you will see the changes you want manifesting in your life faster and easier. This is one of the core lessons in the law of attraction, and it is one that will make a profound difference in your life when you take it to heart.

Your life is a constantly changing, constantly evolving experience, full of many choices and many things to draw your attention to. You can manifest your dreams and your desires without pain, simply by choosing the right things to focus on.
