Prepare and Choose

It is okay to prepare yourself before contacting people for your business. Many others would say that your excitement level may go down and they want to get you introducing them to your prospects right away. For most people, their list of prospects that they feel comfortable approaching in the beginning is small and why would you want to waste those. The person recruiting the prospect can still keep their new recruit’s energy level up by keeping in touch with them and letting them come along to shadow what they do. At other times, you are revealing to them other bits of info for them to digest and become comfortable with. Corporations pay a lot of money to get the kind of qualified leads that many prospects have as colleagues, etc. So why would you want to approach the lead until you know what you are doing?

Of course you want to ramp up your new recruits’ education as quickly as possible. This too is where the auto responders come in very handy.

A lot of the education you need in order to be successful in your business is free. Just immerse yourself in it and ensure your team does as well.

Learn the different ways that there are to do the business and then just do the one(s) that work for you. Your research of all the other ways will be valuable since you can present these ideas to your new recruits/prospects to help them to decide which way of doing the business is right for them.

If you are not at all comfortable with the technique they choose, just buddy them up with someone doing that technique to let them see how it is done and they can either continue to work together or they can separate after the initial training/showing is done. This shows leadership qualities and is a real asset for others.

Get in the game, learn while you are doing.

You may not be the best at first, however, since you are in the game, you have a chance to win. If you stay on the sidelines until all feels right or is in order, then you could be waiting for a long time, and your life cannot be changed for the positive while you are in inaction or always in preparation mode.

There are various Grades of product/websites that you can launch. Grade Z, being the worst, to Grade A, being the best.

First, get in the game, go out there and take action, produce a lower grade product at first, that’s okay. While you develop your lower grade product, you will be learning. Don’t wait to launch a product/website, get something out there, put yourself in a position to start making money and to establish your list of contacts. Then move on to creating a better product. This product/website will be better than your first. While you were developing that product/website, you will have learned even more and most likely started making money. Then continue to improve and improve your product/website.

Now you can work on launching your product/website. If you had needed some funds which you didn’t have at first to be able to launch this A product/website, then you probably have made it with your lesser grade product/website so you are now in a position to buy that software, etc. which you have always wanted and market you’re a product/website in a more prominent fashion.
