New and Advanced Treatment of Pimples

Acne is the term for pimples and complexion problems which occur in young people and some adults. Pimples usually occur on the face, but may occur in other parts such as back, hands etc. Acne is a skin condition that causes spots. Most people affected by acne are aged between 12 and 25. However, men and women in their 30s and 40s can also suffer. There are many treatments available to help deal with the condition. Acne typically affects the skin of the face, back, neck, chest and arms and the severity of the condition can vary. Acne affects people of all skin colours. The processes that cause acne are exactly the same in people with black or brown skin but the impact is altered by the skin pigmentation.

Some of the common home remedies for pimples are as follows:

Avoid using makeup at all costs, but if you must, check the labels to see that its non-acnegenic and/or non-comedogenic before buying. When i go out I use the maybelline wonderfinish/matte stuff, and i use mineral blush so my skin can still breathe and doesn’t clog up.

Try not to pop your pimples, i know its hard not to, but don’t do it, you don’t want to leave a pock mark on your skin.

Apply blended cucumber with a little bit of tumeric powder.to affected area & wash away after abt 20 mins. Do this for at least 5 days, subsequently, once every week.

Use oatmeal powder in order to wash ur face rather than soaps.when we use soap the pores of our skin absorb the dust particles on our skin & increase pimples due to chemicals in it.the powders of some pulses remove the dirt from pores & give natural conditioning.

Apply honey on ur face & leave till it is absorbed by ur skin & then wash with cool water.it will smoothen & make ur face glow.

Mix saffron , milk apply it on face .wait till it dries & wash with cold water.milk conditions & saffron makes ur skin glow.

Mix sandal wood & water.make it a paste apply it on face & leave it for 1 hour {for better results} and wash with water. Sandal decreases pimples & gives natural glow.

Boil some water and keep ur face & allow the steam till ur face sweats profusely .its a steam bath to ur face.this opens pores on ur face & decreases pimples.

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, organic if you can afford them because some people are allergic to them if they are not organic. If you are a meat eater, eat angus beef or kosher meats because they are fed a vegetarian diet and do not have hormones.

Watch what touches your face. Keep your hair clean and off your face. Also avoid resting your hands or objects such as telephone receivers on your face. Tight clothing or hats also can pose a problem, especially if you’ll be sweating.
