Monavie is a fantastic MLM opportunity for the right person if you want to be able to leverage yourself and achieve financial freedom. Let me preface this article by saying that I am not involved with Monavie, however taking a look at it objectively I can tell you that it is a valid company, with excellent products and a valid compensation plan.
However, if you want to be successful in your Monavie business, you have to have more than a great product, you have to have a step by step system to sponsor more representatives and sell more products or you’re going to flounder in your growth. A lot of people get involved in Monavie and don’t make any money at all because they try and build their business in a way that doesn’t suit their personality. If you want to be truly successful you’re going to have to sponsor a lot of new representatives, and traditional methods might not be the best option for you. Here are some ideas to help you sponsor more reps fast:
1. Take a personal inventory and ask yourself what you’re best at. Are you skilled at giving local presentations? Are you talented at talking to people on the phone? Are you creative? You’re primary personal skill set should determine your business building methods. Creative people tend to be better at building through advertising campaigns, where people who have huge spheres of influence tend to be better at doing local events.
2. Focus on one building method at a time only. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen trying to build a Monavie business and they hop from one method to another before they ever get good at anything. If you want to create lasting Monavie success, you need to build your business in a way that is extremely focused around your core skill sets.
3. Focus your energy on recruiting distributors and selling product. Those are the only activities that produce income in Monavie, and if you’re focusing on non productive activities you’re going to stay frustrated in your business. Focus your energy and you’ll gain more momentum simply by being clear about what you’re doing.
4. Make a commitment that no matter what it takes, you’ll reach your goals in Monavie. I like to replace the word ‘goal’ with ‘promise’. So when I say ‘I’m going to be earning X amount by this date’, I say ‘I PROMISE myself that I’ll be earning X amount by this date.’ Whatever your wording, make a commitment.
Finally, just be coachable. If you want to have success in Monavie, you’re going to have an entire company and upline support system who are willing to help you reach your goals. Find someone who has a similar personality and skillset who has had success and mimic their behavior.
