I’ve been over weight. Nobody ever mentioned that I was, I could see when I looked in the mirror but never really noticed. I had become like my friends, used to seeing that me!
Suddenly I noticed, when I looked in the mirror I would prod and poke and think “That never used to be there!”.
I tried cutting out a meal during the day, and starving myself, but that didn’t work! I found that it can be hard to shift that weight, I needed tips for losing weight! Did I need to go on a fad weight loss diet? or where there some simple techniques that I could use to trim down a few inches?
I managed to home in on a few techniques and points that really started to work with some of these lose weight tips. Not only was I looking better, fitting into clothes I brought myself hoping one day to wear but that I was actually feeling better about myself in my mind and spirit. I could also avoid spending a small fortune on the latest diet.
– Lose Weight Tip 1:
Portion Size, I did not have to cut out the food’s I like. Why should I, “I love food”. Manage the portion size.
– The size of your stomach is approximately the size of your fist, compare that to the size of the food on your plate!
– Lose Weight Tip 2:
Sometimes I would still feel hungry after eating and would then eat more. If you eat slower and then wait for ten minutes for the food to digest more, you’ll find that the hungry feeling goes!
– Lose Weight Tip 3:
Have a glass of water with your meal. Take a sip of water after a mouthful of food, this helps to make you feel more full and will help you lose weight easy.The colder the water the better, so keep a large jug of fresh water in the fridge for sipping through the day.
If you follow these tips, you are sure to notice that you will achieve some weight loss, without having to go on the latest fad diet and you will soon be back on track to being healthy and happy! Whatever you do, it is important to remember you can be successful in your weight loss without having to starve!
