Life On Track? Big Checklist to Help You Find Out!

The more things you can “check off” the more you are leading your life. Is there such a thing as having 100% of the items checked? No. Life is dynamic. It’s not meant to be “perfect” all the time. Run through this checklist and note what’s working and what’s not. If you need help boosting your “take life by the reins” powers let me know!

__ I wake up every morning with a sense of confidence and excitement for my day ahead.

__ I have a sense of purpose and know I am living my purpose.

__ I have clearly defined intentions for my life and/or business.

__ I have clear goals I’m working toward.

__ I enjoy my life.

__ I understand my challenges – what I need to watch for.

__ I am surrounded by people who care about me and my success.

__ I can put into words my innate talents, gifts, passions and challenges.

__ I feel balanced.

__ I am up to date on all health related appointments.

__ My finances are in good working order for today.

__ I know my checking and savings balances.

__ I’m learning something new or indulge in a favorite hobby on a regular basis.

__ I have some type of fun on a weekly basis.

__ I never feel down for too long.

__ If I do feel down for longer than my usual amount of time I know what I need to do to feel better.

__ I exercise 3-5 times per week.

__ I eat nourishing foods.

__ My home and office are free of excess clutter.

__ My environment feels very good to me.

__ I would say my relationships work well.

__ I express gratitude on a daily basis.

__ I’m excited about my future.

__ I know I have a strong personal foundation for my life.

__ I love my job.

__ I know deep down I am living my purpose.

__ My spiritual life is very important to me and something I nurture on a regular basis.

__ I get outside daily and breathe fresh air.

__ I have a deep sense of my own value in the world.

__ I deeply value myself.

__ I love and feel loved.

__ I feel emotionally/mentally healthy.

__ I make conscious choices for my life that serve me well.

Take note of the items not checked. Is there something they have in common? Is there one area you’re more concerned about than another? Are their obvious missing pieces that if they were in place could make your life feel much more rewarding?

Use this checklist from time to time to take inventory of what needs boosting or attention in your life. Doing so isn’t about making your life perfect, it’s about putting you in control so you have the power to make your dreams come true.

If after going through this checklist you feel overwhelmed by all the unchecked boxes, don’t despair. Information is power and the first step to getting your life back on track.

One last tip: For some of the items in the checklist above you may want to use a scale from 1-10 (10 being the BEST). Where are you on the 1-10 scale for each item?
