High Cholesterol?

What’s the big deal about blood cholesterol anyway? Is your cholesterol high, low, middling, whatever? What ways are there to treat high cholesterol, or better still, prevent it? Well, exercising, giving up smoking and controlling your weight are great ways to begin.
