Feelings of unworthiness are often accompanied with feelings of shame. Often, we know the truth deep down inside of us, that we are enough, and yet we sometimes can be a dominated by our patterns and experiences (especially painful experiences).
When we are in our stuff, the Divine could knock on our door, tell us we are worthy and it wouldn’t be “enough.” So where do you go? You know how these thoughts, feelings and experiences of “not enough” are creating havoc in your life, so how do you move to a different level of consciousness? Practice and choice. Deciding to make the choice that you are enough (because that is the TRUTH) and keep practicing being in that truth. Below are some being steps to help you practice.
Create a conscious connection between you and your Soul (via your Soul Languages) and ask the following starter questions for a shift.
“What would it feel like in your body if you knew you are enough?”
“What would be happening in your life if you believed you are enough? ”
Now, ask Divine Intelligence to fill your body with the knowing and the expression that you are enough, that there will always be enough, and that the Divine loves and supports you.
