Expeditions in Faith: Being Conscious in Doubt

All that noise, and all that sound,
All those places I have found.
And birds go flying at the speed of sound,
To show me how it all began.
Birds come flying from the underground,
If you could see it then you’d understand…

Speed of Sound – Coldplay

Doubt and fear are a part of the human experience. “Thinking” that you won’t be in doubt and fear again is, well, unproductive. It happens and that is OK. Often we need to see it and feel it to totally understand a concept. It is understanding that doubt and fear are not the essence of who you are. It is understanding the choice you get to make.

The first step is to really recognize when you are in fear and doubt and not let yourself be carried away by those emotions. So practice the pause. Pause and ask yourself, “Do you want to make decisions on consciousness or on programming?”

Here are some questions to ask your Soul (via your Soul Language team).
Create a conscious connection between you and your Soul via your Soul Language team sitting across from you with knees touching. (You will notice that this is new. No more table between you and them. Remember your Soul Languages are inside of you).

Now, ask the following questions:
“What am I really afraid of here in this situation?”

“How can the Divine and my Soul Language team help me know, understand and experience the Divine within me and around me?”

“What is the next step (it could be an internal step or an external step)?”
