I was reminded yesterday that one of the easiest and quickest ways in which to de-stress is to smile. Whatever is going on in your mind is reflected in your body and this is also true in reverse. Thus as you stretch your facial muscles into a big wide smile, your entire bodily system will be positively effected. Your mind will also begin to smile!

In a similar manner, if you are feeling dispirited you are likely to discover that your shoulders have become rounded, your head is hanging down and your entire body is sagging. To stand tall and hold your head high is an easy fix that will lift your spirits as well as your muscles.

Our breath is also an incredibly powerful source.
