Dandruff Treatment Information

Dandruff is the most common disorder affecting the scalp. The skin is constantly renewing itself and the dead cells of the scalp that fall in the form of new cells. Regular shampooing with an anti-fungal products can reduce recidivism. Anti-fungal containing ketoconazole have been shown to be more effective than zinc yrithione. Ketoconazole is the most effective antifungal agent. Diet plays an important role in the treatment of dandruff. The patient must turn to a diet based on fruit for about five days and take three meals a day of juicy fruit. Dandruff can be removed by massaging your hair for half an hour with the curd, which has been kept in the open air for three days, or a few drops of lime juice mixed with amla juice every night before going to bed. Garlic and oil of oregano are also excellent for fighting dandruff. The juice of snake gourd has been found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of dandruff. The juice should be rubbed over the scalp for this purpose. Beets have been found useful in dandruff.
