Affirmations – The Secret To Your Number 1 Best Selling Hit Of All Time
The American Heritage Dictionary defines affirmation as “Something declared to be true; a positive statement or judgment.” But, what’s more important is that we all use affirmations, whether positive or negative. It’s the script that runs in your head and heart all the time; most often called your train of thought.
Using affirmations is an important way to raise your own vibrations or spirits. An effective way to reprogram your motives and efforts. If you go to work and you say “hi” or “good morning” to everyone and give a nice smile then on your way to your desk, you are thinking, “Not today I don’t feel like dealing with you,” or “Man, she wears too much makeup,” or “Oh, these people drive me crazy” then you must learn how to permanently change your inner scripts. Affirmations are the way to do this, in fact you are already using them, we all are. You just may not be using the right ones to bring about what you want.
We all have so many thoughts that run through our minds in the course of a day. It’s like a CD that you’ve made, and over the course of years have refined and fine-tuned it. For many these negative, victim like, pessimistic, self-defeating thoughts and replies, play over and over again. It’s time to change the music. Let’s throw that CD away and make a new one. Make it deliberate until the thoughts become second nature. Repetition and consistency is the key here. This is where you will begin to see your life change by leaps and bounds. The law of attraction will spring into action in a way that you want it to. Your relationships will improve, your health will get better and your finances will increase, just remain open and diligent. Make your CD the number 1 best selling hit of all time, to be played over and over again.
You can use a number of different affirmations, depending your mood and what you want to manifest. You can use both audible and subliminal CD’s this will allow you to listen and practice in your car, while exercising or at the office.
In just a few short weeks or months your new affirmations will begin replacing old thoughts that no longer serve you. Now when shopping or driving and someone begins to upset you, your affirmation “Everyone is always helpful” will automatically play in your mind. You will begin to feel calm, centered and able to handle situations without lowering your vibration.
Start by making a list of your most important intentions and create your own affirmations. Here’s what Robert Collier has to say, “One comes to believe whatever one repeats to oneself sufficiently often, whether the statement be true or false. It comes to be the dominating thought in one’s mind.”
How important is lasting change to you?
