1. Stop Pushing Yourself
I realized this week how hard I push myself. Packing boxes for my move when I have a fever, not a good idea and not very loving for myself. How hard are you pushing yourself? Are you the type that has to send one last email before lunch or is working at 10 pm at night? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, STOP and ask yourself if this behavior is showing yourself love.
2. Whats Love Got To Do With It?
Imagine abundance and love as a river. When you deny yourself love, you are stepping out of the flow of that abundant river. If you want to receive more in your life, open yourself up to loving you. Start small, by offering yourself love or go big by looking into the mirror and telling yourself, I love you.
3. The Lonely Hearts Club
Do you know that at one point and time, everyone feels lonely? It is our perception that we are not supported, that we are not wanted that is keeping us in the feeling that we do not belong. Take a deep breath and simply start the day with this intention: I AM creating a life full of love and abundance today. I AM able to see the expression of love and abundance all around me love to hear about your day.
