By having enough space behind your bar, you can construct some place where to keep extra glasses and liquor bottles. You can also have a small sink installed with indispensable running water. This is important to keep good hygiene in your bar area. If the space behind your bar is big enough, you can also accommodate a refrigerator that is not big enough and a chair where you can rest during free time.

In order to avoid much confusion in the bar’s construction, you must have a specific place where you can go in, out and around the bar. Especially if you find yourself catering for party populated by hundreds, even thousands of people, you must know where to set up some mixing stations during the rush hours of one up to two wee hours of the morning. Having mixing stations set up all around your bar is a necessary bartending supply. Before having your bar open, though, you must have conducted a proper inventory of your bartending supplies before the party turns into full swing.

The next bartending supply you must have ample knowledge about is the menu on your bar. On your mixing station, you must have the base or staple spirits composed of Rum, Gin, Tequila and Vodka. In these stations, you must also have some sets of fruit juices and other essential fruit extracts like lime, lemon, pineapple juice and orange juice.

You must also have soft drinks that are already cooled handy around your mixing stations. These bartending supplies are Sprite, Coca Cola, tonic water, Russian Water, Schweppes, etc.

Always remember also that it is a basic bartending supply to have sanitation and hygiene materials handy in your bar.
