Loose weight and find relief

Use functional footwear
Do some exercises, these would not only keep your body in shape but would also, to some extent, restore some health on the affected areas. However, keep in mind that your sports shoes are in good condition; unless you would want to suffer more from the stress they might inflict your feet.

As a rule of thumb, replace your footwear after a year if it is the only pair you are using year round.

Sleep or nap?
Better management of pain could be done if you have enough energy. This energy can be sourced from napping and enough hours of sleep. Sometimes, pain flares could occur during the mornings, right after you wakeup. If this happens, try resting the affected areas and take your prescribed medications or your chosen treatment actions. In the afternoon however, once the pain attacks, nap for around 20 minutes or more. This would channel your troubles away from the actual pain and will also restore your spirits.
